This policy explains how Sharptise Oy collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us or book a meeting with us.

What data we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, company, the package you are interested in, how you heard about us and your message.

Meeting bookings: your name, email address and your answers in the booking form. Bookings are handled through Google Calendar.

Email and phone: the information you share with us when you contact us directly.

Website use: cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep the site working. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.

Why we use it

We use your data to reply to your enquiry, arrange meetings, prepare offers and deliver our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For clients, the basis is the contract itself. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers to run our business: Squarespace (website and forms), Google (calendar and email) and Meta (advertising, only with your consent). Some of these providers are based outside the EU/EEA. In those cases, transfers are protected by safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client data is kept for as long as needed to deliver our services and as required by Finnish accounting law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use these rights, email info@sharptise.com.

If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
